What are the Sender ID requirements for Promotional SMS?

  • The Sender ID must be 8 characters long.
  • It must include the postfix "-AD" (e.g., "Promo1-AD").
  • Messages without this postfix will not be delivered to Opt-Out numbers.
  • The Sender ID must be 11 characters long.
  • These messages will be delivered even to numbers registered under the Do Not Disturb (DND) registry.
  • Registration typically takes 4-5 working days for approval.
  • A copy of the Trade License.
  • Authorization Letters, stamped and signed on your company letterhead (handwritten documents are not accepted).
  • If the Trade Name differs from the Brand Name, additional documentation may be required.
